WELCOME to our Long Term Care facility….. ….a community of caring We understand that it has been a difficult and emotional decision for you and your family to make this transition to Long Term Care and that you may have questions that you are hesitant, unable, or simply forget to ask on the day of admission. This website is intended to be a source of information and guidance for you and your family. It is, however, not intended to take the place of direct communication with our staff. You are always welcome to ask any questions that you may have.  Rural Long Term Care emphasizes independence, choice, respect for privacy and dignity of the person and as such our management and care team are committed to offer appropriate, compassionate care in a warm and respectful environment.
